Most business owners post all the time and still don't get clients from it. In LivePod With You, we build and launch your own live podcast together, in six weeks. So every week, people watch you talk about your work and hear how to work with you.
A free 30-minute call about your podcast and whether LivePod With You fits.

You have the expertise and you have been putting the work in. What you haven't got is one place where all of it lands.
Years of expertise, and nowhere somebody can go to experience it.
Most people treat a show as the reward for having finished everything else. The perfect offer, a bigger list, the website, the funnels, more followers, a proper content strategy. Then the show.
It works better the other way round. The show is where your ideas get tested, where your messaging actually develops, where the audience forms, where your content originates and where your reputation starts to build. It becomes the thing the rest of the business grows around, which means it tells you what the rest of the business needs.
You don't have to finish building Rome before you start your show.

A post is gone by Thursday. An episode is still there in a year, still being found, still doing the same job it did the day you made it.
// 01
A show is an appointment. The same people, the same time, week after week, choosing to spend an hour with you rather than scrolling past a graphic.
// 02
Say the same thing properly, every week, in depth, and it stops being an opinion you posted once. It becomes the thing you are known for.
// 03
Episodes stack up on a channel with your name on it. Searchable, watchable and still there in six months, which is not true of anything you post today.
// 04
The long-form video, the podcast, the short clips, the social posts and the email all come out of the same conversation. You make the thing once.
// 05
A channel and a back catalogue you control, and one obvious place to send anybody who wants to know whether you are any good.
// 06
Explaining what you do out loud, on the record, every week, does something to how clearly you understand it. Clients notice that long before they notice the marketing.
Becomes
And, a year of them later
Twelve months of turning up once a week leaves you with a channel full of episodes, an audience who know when you are on, and a back catalogue that answers most of the questions a buyer has before they ever speak to you.
Your platform. Your audience. Your body of work. Your ideas with your name attached to them. The place somebody sends a friend when they say you need to know her.
Six weeks building your show together on the calls. There are no course materials.
You won't get a stack of modules to work through in your own time, or a workbook you enthusiastically download, save somewhere sensible and then forget exists.
The decisions, the assets, the tech, the show and the system all get built while we're in the room together. I bring the order, the experience, the feedback and the deadline. You end up understanding how the whole thing works, so you can keep running it long after I've waved you off.

Every week has a job, and by the end of the sixth one your show is live and you've run the whole system yourself with a real episode.
Week 1
Concept, positioning, format, messaging and the role the show plays in your business. This is the week it stops being an idea and starts being a thing with a name.
Week 2
We build the mechanism for finding strong episode ideas, so planning stops depending on inspiration turning up at the right moment.
Week 3
Your YouTube channel, your streaming setup and the technical infrastructure behind the scenes, connected so it actually works together.
Week 4
We choose the subject, research it, shape the conversation and get you ready. You'll know what you want to say and where you're taking the audience, without clutching seventeen pages of notes.
Week 5
Your first episode goes out into the world, which is a fairly big moment when six weeks earlier the whole thing was still just something you kept meaning to do.
Week 6
We turn that first conversation into the long-form video, the strongest clips, the social content and the material for your email. You run the full process on a real episode.

// A member's episode, live on their channel
Launching episode one is the milestone. Then comes the less glamorous bit: doing it again, and again, until having a show feels like something you do rather than something you once pulled off.
For the six weeks after your build you stay supported alongside people who have already launched. Bring the episode you're stuck on, the week you lost momentum, or the day going live feels a lot less exciting than it did on launch week.
Running a show out of twelve tabs, four documents and a note on your phone is its own part-time job. LivePod members get a private workspace where the whole thing lives, and it comes with the programme.

// The episodes screen inside LivePod
LivePod reads your field, finds the subjects worth covering and keeps them in one hub, so choosing next week's episode stops being a blank page. Your channel's own analytics sit alongside it.
Each episode gets its own workspace: the title, the plan, the preparation and every piece of copy that goes around it.
The posts, the captions, the newsletter and the YouTube description, drafted from your own words and your show's brain rather than a generic model. You edit and approve everything before it moves.
Your clips and promo posts sit in one calendar with the times they go out, so a week of marketing gets done in one sitting.
About your YouTube channel. Connect your channel once and LivePod shows your own analytics inside your dashboard, and can upload and schedule videos to that channel when you choose to. Only your channel, only when you ask, and you can disconnect at any time. What we do with that access is set out in full in the privacy policy and terms of service.
The workspace comes with LivePod. It is not sold separately.
“What I basically have to do is just rock up. She gives me the script, I review it, I get my head around it, and then I go live. That's all I have to do.”

“I've been running a livestream for five years and never repurposed any of it. I can't believe how much content there's been in the last three weeks. It's night and day.”

“I don't even recognise myself. I used to cry if someone held a phone up in front of my face. If you'd said a year ago I'd be going live, I'd have said over my dead body.”

Come in, start, see how it feels. If it's not for you, tell me any time in the first fourteen days and I'll refund you in full. You don't need a reason and I won't ask for one. Your concept and your messaging happen in week one, so by day fourteen you already know what your show is, who it's for and what it's called. You're never deciding in the dark.
You've got the skill and you've got things worth saying. What you haven't got is somewhere for it all to live where people can find it. That's what we build.
